The Trolley will pick up guests at 1:45pm from the Sonesta Select in Middletown (9 Commerce Dr, Middletown, RI 02842) to bring you to the Naval Base. We have a room block available at a select rate, check the TRAVEL tab. You can park your car there if you do not want to drive onto the base.

The Shuttle will pick up guests at 1:45pm from The Gateway Visitor's Center (23 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840) and bring you to the Naval Base. The parking lot is free during off season.

Yes! There is parking outside of the Officer's Club venue. However, you are only allowed to have your car on base for this day/event, so if you drive on to base, please make a plan that ensures you can safely drive off of base at the conclusion of the reception. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

The Shuttle will pick up guests from the venue at the conclusion of the reception and stop at both of the original pickup locations.

The Shuttle will pick up Caroline & Jim and whoever else would like to continue the celebration in Downtown Newport! This is a one-way ticket so please plan ahead.

You will be dropped off at the Gate and we ask that you walk through the base to the venue (10 minute walk approximately). No Uber/Lyft is allowed onto base to pick you up. Please opt for our shuttle instead!
