Rachel Waggoner - Maid of Honor
The Rach is Caroline's oldest sister. She's always been a star-- growing up she had a knack for being a director of both logistics and fun (whether it be for the theatre plays she ran in the Waggoner's basement in childhood--or orchestrating family and friend achievement parties in adulthood) and it's still true now. She is an amazing listener and conversationalist with the best laugh. Caroline doesn't know where she'd be without her AND neither do you--she's who you can thank for the hotels and transportation services!
Frankie Rosa - Best Man
Frank Rosa is Jim’s older brother and works as a firefighter in Middletown. He taught Jim how to shave and drink, then Jim turned 15 and realized he was a bad influence.
Emily Waggoner - Maid of Honor (Matron of Honor as of June 21st)
Emily is another older sister--she's worn many titles to Caroline over the years. Her roommate and fellow middle-child of the Waggoner clan (they both are touched by the syndrome), her taxi driver and playlist coordinator, the sun that shines on her moon, a fellow 2024 bride and also Caroline's best friend. Emily has advocated for the parts of this wedding that make it unique to Jim and Caroline. She's also a wicked good dance partner. Request "Yeah" by Usher if you really want to see her break a sweat.
Tommy Rosa - Groomsmen
Tom Rosa is also an older brother and works for DEM of RI. He taught Jim how to drive a stick shift and gave Jim his taste in music. Jim still cant decide if he likes Limp Bizkit or Mariah Carrey better.
Alicia Censabella - Bridesmaid
Alicia is Caroline's OG art friend. The two met at Nancy Stephen Gallery School of Art (where they now work as Youth Art Teachers) and both went to Toll Gate when the gym hadn't been updated and the theatre department was underfunded. When they were young they sang every Taylor Swift song at NSG sleepovers and bonded over the drama in Drama while eating crepes. Now as adults they still sing an ungodly amount of Taylor Swift at the art school but they like to think their drama talks are more sophisticated because they can drink wine and eat an expensive charcuterie board while they do it.
Dave Olney - Groomsmen
Dave Olney keeps in touch with Jim when he is away more than any of his other friends, he is always good for a good time. He's also always good for a $20 bet because he's a complete mush.
Aliyah Bonnette - Bridesmaid
Aliyah met Caroline, her number one fan, at East Carolina University. She is a professional artist that has shown her art in countless galleries, museums and shows--one being in France last fall, an event Caroline shamelessly invited herself to. They believe soulmates come in all shapes and forms, and although Caroline has found one that she's marrying the other one still lives in North Carolina. Aliyah is someone that kills it on the dance floor but her main artform is when she has a mic. Catch her signing with her chest to "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" and ask for a personal rendition.
Dave McMullen - Groomsmen
Dave McMullen gives more of his time and effort to a friend in need than anyone you know. Him and his father have saved the Rosas more money on fixing cars than we can count. Also Jim taught him how to drive stick.
Alex Marzilli - Bridesmaid
Alex is Caroline's oldest friend. They've seen each other through all the phases: streaky blonde highlights, braces and bangs, single and happy, dating and miserable. Alex has always been suspiciously psychic and knew Jim was endgame before Caroline did. They love to reminisce on the old days but most importantly live in the moment. They've coined each time they hang out as the "A&C Mess Around" and true New Girl friends will know what they mean. The days of watered down white wine are over, she likes craft beer and a good time.
Bill Leibrich - Groomsmen
Bill Liebrich opened his doors to Jim and several of their other friends and gave Jim a place to stay when he was bouncing from job to job and working his way through college. They lived together for 8 years. When Jim couldn't afford rent Bill took beer pong lessons in exchange.
